Get ready for a full day of underwater exploration with our 3-dive package, designed for certified divers looking for a comprehensive experience in Palawan. We'll be waiting for you at the central meeting point of Baywalk, from where we will take care of your comfort. For an effortless experience, transportation is included and provided from our partner hotel, Carpe Diem Villas & Resort, allowing you to start your adventure stress-free. This day of diving includes essential breaks to refuel. A snack will be served between the first and second dives, and a full lunch will be offered after the second dive, giving you the necessary energy to continue your exploration. All diving equipment is fully provided. With three dives, you'll have the opportunity to discover a wider variety of sites, from vibrant coral gardens to reef walls, for a total immersion into the rich biodiversity of the Palawan Sea. Responsibility: Participants must hold a valid diving certification (except for Discover Scuba Diving experiences). All divers must follow the safety instructions given by the dive guide. Shark Diving Palawan shall not be held responsible for any incident resulting from non-compliance with safety rules, undeclared health issues, or reckless behavior. Cancellation Policy: At Shark Diving Palawan, we are committed to providing the best possible experience while managing our operations efficiently. Please review our cancellation policy below. Client Cancellation: Cancellation made more than 96 hours before the activity: A refund will be issued. However, bank and administrative fees (corresponding to transaction and management costs) will be deducted from the total amount. Cancellation made less than 96 hours before the activity: No refund will be issued. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us to reassign the spot, and operational costs (equipment preparation, logistics, etc.) have already been incurred. Cancellation by Shark Diving Palawan: Shark Diving Palawan reserves the right to cancel a trip at any time without prior notice. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to, dangerous weather conditions, a technical issue with the boat, unavailability of the dive guide or crew due to illness or safety concerns or other unforeseen events that could compromise the safety of our clients and staff. In the case of a cancellation by us, the client will receive a full and fee-free refund of the total amount paid. Program Modifications: Due to changing sea conditions, dive sites or schedules may be adjusted to ensure the safety of participants. No refund will be granted if the customer declines to join an alternative dive offered under the same price and duration conditions. Acceptance of Terms: Booking a dive with Shark Diving Palawan constitutes full acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
